This much needed 160 page spiritual stunner helped to expand me in so many ways. I have had a block within against psychotherapy for years and so it was timely that I connected to this read that so smoothly blends the psychological and the spiritual. The format was easy to follow and I loved the way the author used personal experiences to show us the marriage of the mind and spirit in action.
There were so many subjects touched upon that I feel really expanded my awareness, especially topics like reincarnation, hypnosis, past life regression, soul mates and more, and I loved that there was indepth history as well.. I also was able to understand that my experiences in past lives can effect me in this one. I would recommend this harmonious healer to those being plagued by internal confusion and also those that want just a better understanding of the metaphysical way.
