This is a unique, innovative and completely awesome approach to learning, pondering and broadening your mind. The workbook is a year long process, where you remove one thought provoking saying and put it on your fridge for a week and then put the one designated up for the next week and so on.
I must say at first glance it seemed a little weird, but I gotta tell you that the more I followed this simple plan the more I really learned about myself and others, and even just about the process of thinking. I would recommend this great teacher to anyone seeking a fresh new approach to wisdom. Thanks Sapna, this was fun.
