The Frittata Affair
Adventures in Four-Star Dining at Home
by Judy Pochini

This 345 page cookbook was amazing because when I first saw the title I was thinking how could i make food at home that tasted like the best restaurants, but guess what I could. The food came out excellent, and it was a breeze to make. The thing I found most intriguing about this book is it is a personal story of love, life, and good food all wrapped into one, and the pictures were like looking in a family photo album. I was able to learn about the author's greatest loves, and some wonderfully precious tales that had me smiling and nodding my head.

The ingredients were not hard to find, and the directions were clear and easy to understand. I was also very impressed with the variety of dishes for each well marked category. I would recommend this elite and yummy helper to anyone who wants to serve fancy in the privacy of their own home, (and budget). Thanks Judy, these recipes are really something, and the menus were a thoughtful touch too.

Love & Light,
