This 221 page read was a lot of fun to review and oh so informative. I had seen the picture of the Green Man many times, and had often wondered how he came to be, and where he fit in our society. This enlightened and inspired book gave me so much info I ended up feeling like I knew him intimately and that we are all connected to him some how.

I was amazed to learn that the jolly green giant was fashioned after this the wonderful paternal spirit of nature, and that Robin Hood also was connected. The pictures were fabulous and their was just so much that I had to take a break every once and awhile to absorb it all. The format was well planned and the style is easy to follow. I would recommend this exciting tribute to those interested in the deeper lore and lure of the Green Man. Thank you both for helping me to know this illusive legend a lot better.
