This 192 page book and CD set was very powerful in directing me in a gentle but firm way to connect to my God Source, the freedom I felt was amazing. The author suggested I read the book first before I did the guided meditation on track 2 of the CD. I think that was an excellent suggestion because the book held so much information, and the format was so very helpful.

There were step by step instructions and tests that helped me to feel totally supported and never alone in the process. I found the lists and charts very helpful, and I especially enjoyed the personal stories peppered throughout. The first track of the CD gave some clear instructions on how to proceed with the following meditation. The meditation was relaxing and miraculous, I felt guided in a loving way to a stronger connection with God. I would recommend this blessed treasure to anyone seeking a well marked path to a more heightened awareness of who we truly are. Thanks Susan.
